Since 2006 we have worked through every season the UAE can throw at a building: summer roof surfaces far hotter than the air, humid coastal nights that condense on cold pipes, and groundwater pressing on basement walls. That experience shows in small decisions that decide whether a system lasts. We choose the resin for a tank that holds warm water, detail an upstand where a membrane meets a parapet, and time lamination so resin doesn't cure too fast in the afternoon heat.
Experience also means pattern recognition. When a client describes a leak, we usually know the three most likely causes before we arrive. That shortens investigations and keeps repairs targeted rather than speculative.
2. Skilled and trained technicians
GRP lamination and waterproofing are craft skills. The same material can last decades or fail in months depending on who applies it. Our laminators, applicators and insulation technicians are trained on the systems they install and work under ESA supervisors who check every stage.
Because the crews are ours, you deal with one accountable team. Nobody passes blame down a chain of sub-subcontractors. The supervisor who inspected your site is the one who signs off the result.
3. High-quality, specified materials
We use resins, glass-fibre reinforcements, membranes, coatings and foams from established manufacturers, selected for the exposure: potable-water-grade resins inside drinking-water tanks, vinyl ester where chemicals are present, and UV-stable top coats on exposed roofs.
Materials are applied to the manufacturer's technical data sheet. That covers surface preparation, primer, coverage rate, thickness and cure time. It's the only way the system performs as designed and meets the manufacturer's requirements.
4. Reliable service across Dubai and the UAE
From our Dubai base we mobilise to sites across Dubai, including Jebel Ali, Al Quoz, Dubai Investments Park and Business Bay. We also cover Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Facility managers with portfolios across several Emirates can use one specialist for all of them.

5. Cost-effective solutions (lifecycle value)
Cost-effective doesn't mean cheapest on day one. It means the lowest total cost over the life of the asset. Often that's a targeted repair instead of a full replacement: re-laminating a leaking tank joint rather than replacing the tank, or restoring and re-coating a sound roof instead of stripping it.
When replacement is the right answer, we say so and explain why. Our quotations itemise the system, materials and scope, so you can compare like for like with other bids.
6. On-time project delivery
Contractors work to programmes, and FM teams work to shutdown windows and tenant commitments. We plan manpower, materials and curing times up front, confirm access and isolation needs before mobilising, and report progress daily with photos.
Where weather or cure times affect the schedule, such as summer working-hour restrictions and minimum re-coat intervals, we build them into the programme from the start instead of discovering them on site.
7. Safety and compliance
Our work often involves confined spaces (tanks, manholes), hot work (torch-applied membranes), work at height (roofs, sunshades) and chemicals (resins, solvents, isocyanates). Each has controlled procedures: permits, gas testing and ventilation for confined spaces, fire watch for torch work, fall protection and correct PPE.
We follow the main contractor's HSE plan and the site's permit-to-work system, and we submit method statements and risk assessments before starting.
8. Transparent communication and after-sales support
You'll always know who is responsible, what is happening and what comes next. We give a named contact for each job, WhatsApp updates with photos, and written confirmation of any change in scope before it happens.
After handover you receive test records and care guidance for the system. If something needs attention later, we come back and look at it. That's why our clients call us again for their next project.
