GRP water tank services are among our most requested works, for residential towers, villas, hotels, hospitals, schools and industrial sites.
GRP sectional (panel) tanks are assembled from moulded GRP panels bolted together with sealant in the joints and internal or external steel or GRP stays. Moulded one-piece tanks are also common on villas. Both are durable and hygienic, but over years of heat cycling, pressure and vibration, joints, sealants and bolts can start to leak.

GRP Tank Services: common questions
How long does GRP tank repair take?
Many joint and bolt repairs are completed within one to a few days, including draining, repair, curing and refilling. Larger internal re-lamination takes longer. We plan the work to keep water outages short, for example by working compartment by compartment where the tank is divided.
Is the repair safe for drinking water?
Yes. For potable water tanks we use resins and sealants suitable for drinking-water contact and follow full cure times before refilling. We coordinate cleaning and disinfection so the tank returns to service in a hygienic condition.
Can you repair the tank while it's full?
Minor external leaks can sometimes be temporarily sealed, but a permanent GRP repair needs a dry, clean, prepared surface. We usually drain the affected tank or compartment and plan the timing with you.
