ESA Technical Services LLC is a Dubai-based technical services company, established in 2006, specialising in GRP works, waterproofing, insulation and installation across the UAE. Our GRP installation works cover the products that building owners, contractors and industrial clients increasingly choose over steel, concrete and timber.
GRP (glass reinforced plastic) is a fibreglass composite that is light, strong, corrosion-free and electrically non-conductive. With a UV-stabilised gel coat it holds up well outdoors. It is ideal for water tanks and their internal components, manholes and chambers, dampers in corrosive air streams, and outdoor structures such as sunshades, car sheds and roofing.
Correct installation is what turns a good product into a long-lasting asset. That means a level base, correct fixings, sealing, alignment and testing. That's our job, and it's covered across all seven Emirates.

GRP Installation Works: common questions
Why choose GRP over steel for outdoor structures?
GRP doesn't rust, which matters in the UAE's humid, salty air, and needs far less maintenance than painted steel. With a UV-stabilised gel coat it resists sun damage, and it's light enough to install without heavy lifting equipment.
Do you supply GRP products or only install them?
We install and can coordinate supply of GRP products from established fabricators to your specification or drawings.
Can GRP be colour-matched to my building?
Yes. GRP products can be produced with pigmented gel coats in a range of colours, subject to the fabricator's options, and can also be painted with compatible coatings.
How long does GRP last outdoors in the UAE?
Well-made GRP with a UV-stabilised gel coat typically gives many years of service outdoors. Surface chalking can appear over time and can be refreshed with a protective coating. We'll advise on care at handover.
